Jean 'Binta' Breeze

Thanks to everyone who helped make the Moondance on 19th May such a memorable and enjoyable evening! More than 80 people crammed in to the bar and cinema to enjoy films including the documentary 'The Day We Danced on the Moon', and 'Bernard the Bee' and other films from Sound Minds. Music came from The Blessed and The Channel One Band, who also were privileged to follow in the footsteps of Dennis Bovell and provide backing for Jean'Binta' Breeze's dub poetry. 

Particular thanks to director Tristan Daws who jetted in from Dublin for the event, Jean 'Binta Breeze for her poetry and great presence, Justine from the Arts Festival Office and Jo from the Exhibit who all helped to make this such a great event!
