A single one-off payment of £360 buys MEMBERSHIP with immediate access to reduced members rates for all timetabled sessions for 3 years and the most expensive session included free for 4 months.  Membership also brings a number of other benefits, including

• free access to all accredited courses
• attend the Wednesday coffee morning drop in free
• access to all our public events and short arts projects provided in partnership with artists, musicians and filmmakers and the media

We also offer 'pay-as-you-go' rates for non members. For example, non members paying a registration fee of £80 can enroll on any accredited courses starting in that academic year for free.

PERSONAL AIMS to help with your Personal Budget application!

We offer a wide range of arts activities, courses and projects.Everyone's needs are different so it's really important to get it right for your client. 

It’s best to give us a call 020 7207 1786 first to talk it through or arrange a visit.

Owing to changes in the way we are funded, we can no longer offer any of our services for free, but Sound Minds charges are very reasonable, and represent fantastic value. Once we have agreed the best route for your client, we can go about costing it. This can be as little as £5 per session. If you are part of an organisaton and there's a few people interested in our services, then we could even arrange a bespoke session or two for a group.

Most people coming to Sound Minds are funded by a Personal Budget of some kind. We appreciate that this process can be mindblowingly bureacratic, so we suggest that applications are initiated as early as possible. There is a link at the foot of the page to help.

Some people now 'self fund' to use the service or mix self funding with PBs. Personal Budgets currently enable people to attend from the following boroughs: Richmond, Barnet, Sutton, Merton, Lambeth, Kensington and Chelsea, Southwark..

Since it's inception almost 20 years ago, Sound Minds members have been involved in steering and developing the organisation in whatever ways they can. Within a small charity, service users are uniquely placed to have real influence on the organisation's development, learning a range of skills valuable in employment. The current Chair, Vice Chair and Treasurer of the charity are current and former members.
