Mama Low’s Kitchen is a user led drop-in for Wandsworth residents living with mental health difficulties. We meet every Friday at the Katherine Low Settlement.
Joining is completely free, although drop-in users pay £2.50 for a healthy lunch. Anyone can refer you, or you can refer yourself (but please don’t drop in uninvited!). There are some laptops to use, teas and coffees, support, pool and regular outings.
To join us all you need to do is fill in the Mama Low’s Referral Form and send it to us. The form can be downloaded here.
